In accordance with the CMA Ontario Bylaws, the decisions and orders of the Appeal Committee and the Discipline Committee, together with the written reasons for the decisions and the name of the Member with brief particulars of the matter, will be published and maintained in the public area of the CMA Ontario website, unless the Appeal Committee determines that disclosure of the name of the Member in the publication is not required in the public interest and its disclosure would be unfair to the Member.

This section of the Bylaws came into effect on August 25, 2007.
